Product description The Swann PRO-1080MSB 1080p Outdoor Bullet Camera is designed for use with the Swann DVR-4575 8-Channel Digital Video Recorder, sold separately. It captures 1920 x 1080 HD resolution video, and the compatible DVR records the video in this resolution at 15 fps. The camera also features IR night vision, which allows it to capture video in black and white even in complete darkness.
A major feature of this camera is a PIR (passive infrared) motion sensor on the front (below the lens) that triggers recording upon detecting activity. This way you don't have to record around the clock but only when important events occur, thereby saving on storage space and the time needed to review recordings. Also, whenever video capture is triggered by the PIR sensor, you will be sent a push notification from the DVR to a smartphone app called HomeSafe View (free download for iOS/Android) so that you're instantly aware of the event. You can also monitor a live view as well as play back recordings via the app.
The PRO-1080MSB can be used indoors or outdoors. It is IP66 weatherproof-rated, so it will do its job in rain, snow, and other weather conditions.
A 60' coax power cable is included that allows you to connect the camera from a distance. A short power cable extends from the camera that connects into the coax cable, and the coax cable plugs into the compatible DVR-4575 DVR. Mounting accessories and theft deterrent stickers are also included. - Key Features
