Product description The Z3 4-12x50 BT Riflescope (Matte Black) from Swarovski Optik sports a 1.0" tube with an impeccable scratch-resistant anodized exterior. The tube's interior is finished with a finely machined microstructure surface to reduce residual reflections. The Z3's trim profile offers a clean unobtrusive look. The field of view is crisp, wide, and rich with fine detail. The Z3 4-12x50 BT concentrates on the essentials - it's light, relatively compact, and reliable. The turrets offer ¼ MOA click-stop corrections, and the quadratic adjustment range provides a generous 43 MOA for both windage and elevation correction. This Z3 riflescope is configured with a 4W reticle in the second focal plane and a ballistic turret. The parallax correction is factory preset at 109 yds / 100 m. There is dioptric adjustment and the scope has a transmission rate of greater than 90%. A mounting base and rings are used to attach a riflescope to a firearm. A comfortable sight picture is contingent upon the height of the rings. A comfortable cheek-weld is the result of properly positioning the scope over the receiver. Mounting the scope close to the receiver is preferable, yet scopes with larger objectives need higher rings so the front bell can clear the barrel. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation. - Optical Performance

- The 4W reticle features a 4-post cross hair configuration. Three heavy weight posts at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock morph into light weight crosshairs. A single stadia resides at 12 o'clock and intersects the crosshairs. The horizontal stadia is marked with hash marks.
- Ballistic turret: Swarovski's ballistics program enables setting the scope's zero for three separate distances. Proper positioning of the three color-coded disks on the turret provides a quick visual confirmation of your current zero, and the ability to range out to longer distances with ease.
