Product description Conduct your observation using the Swift M10DB-P Binocular Microscope. This optical instrument features a 45° inclined binocular viewing, Siedentopf interpupillary adjustment, a built-in 3.0MP camera, cast metal frame construction, and precision mechanical stage. The optical system is designed to deliver high-quality images with reduced color distortions, definition defects, and field distortions, thanks to the four achromatic objectives. These objectives (4x, 10x, 40xR, 100xR) feature corrected achromatic plan optics that generate true-color, sharp, and flat images in 95% of the visible field. Additionally, the microscope's DIN standard compatibility allows you to use any other DIN objectives. To ensure that your images are always bright and high-contrast, this scope is outfitted with a powerful 3W LED illumination system with an 1.25 NA Abbe condenser lens. The illumination offers a rheostat for adjusting brightness and illuminates from the bottom. To obtain ideal image sharpness, the focusing system provides coaxial coarse and fine adjustments with a knurled knob. Using the built-in 3.0MP camera, USB port, and included Motic Images Plus software, you will be able to stream your data live and capture images and videos on your Windows 7 or Mac OS X computer. Another highlight of this microscope is its professional-type precision mechanical stage. The stage offers two Vernier controls for precision motion control of your sample in the two horizontal axes. For securely holding your sample in place while you conduct alignments and observations, the stage also has a lockable metal sample bracket. If you need to make illumination contrast variations or change a light spot size, the lower part of the stage houses an adjustable iris diaphragm. To ensure a strong construction, necessary for a repeatable precision operation for years to come, the frame is made of cast metal and offers an arched back that can serve as a carrying handle. - Optics, Imager, Focusing & Illumination
