I work as a volunteer in a tax office offering free services to seniors and low income folks. A LOT of money was spent on our Swingline model DX20-19 shredder. It has worked well. Unfortunately, just yesterday the collection bag was full. We emptied it and replaced the bag. NOW the "BAG FULL" light just keeps blinking and the shredder will not work.
PLEASE advise what we need to do to get it working again. We have turned it on and off and tried everything we know to reset it, all to no avail.
As a non-profit, we really do not have the funds to replace the unit. However, it is very much needed every day.
