Product description The Osram Sylvania SharXS HTI 700 W/D4/75 Lamp is a compact, double-ended 700W short-arc lamp that acts as a powerful effect light with a color temperature of 7500K. The SharXS HTI 700W / D4 / 75 lamp features a short arc and eXtreme-Seal technology (XS technology). The 4mm short arc produces high luminance and efficiency, and ensures low energy consumption. Additionally, the XS technology makes the lamp robust, especially when dealing with thermal stress. The thermally sensitive area of the power leads is enclosed by a protective coating that withstands temperatures up to 842°F (450°C). The cooling system can be downsized, which means it takes less space and is quiet. It supports the modular luminaire design enabling the luminaires to be made more compact. A special pre-alignment base ensures that the lamp can be quickly and easily fitted in its holders, with the lock-and-key principle between the lamp and the holder, making it impossible to install incorrectly. This double-ended metal halide lamp is suitable for effect lighting of the stage and finds application in film and television. - Optimized lamp XS (eXtreme Seal) technology to withstand interior base temperatures of up to 842°F (450°C)
