Product description The Roadpro Series HTW839W from TAMA is a road-worthy double tom stand designed to securely hold two drums and let you position them exactly where you want them. The HTW839W features the company's Stilt base which allows for back-and-forth adjustment without having to move the entire stand. The Omni-Ball adjustment system lets you position each tom individually at almost any angle, by loosening just one nut. The stand is equipped with a Glide-Tite grip joint which helps isolate the drums from the stand, allowing them to resonate naturally. The tripod base, with double-braced legs, gives the HTW839W increased stability for hard-hitting drummers or for holding extra weight. - Stilt System
-
- Base features TAMA Stilt system, and allows for back-and-forth adjustment without moving the whole stand
- Omni-Ball Tom Angle Adjustment
-
- Rock-solid TAMA Omni-Ball adjustment system lets you position toms at almost any angle by loosening just one T-nut
- Nylon Washers
-
- Nylon washers inserted into the leg stand joints improve durability and make leg action smoother
- Steel Insert Nut
-
- Threaded steel insert nut inside tripod base provides increased strength and makes stripping much less likely than with traditional method of cutting threads directly into die-cast section
- Glide-Tite Grip Joint
-
- Glide-Tite Grip Joint allows for a more secure attachment by using a metal-to-metal contact point which provides a solid anchor and complete isolation for a tom or cymbal
- Because the stand does not move with the tom or cymbal, the natural resonance of that instrument is maximized
