Product description Designed for 24-hour operation, the Tamron 12VG412ASIRS uses multi-coated IR lens correction to produce extra bright images and can be used in both regular and near dark lighting conditions. Compatible with both day/night and B/W cameras, this C-mount vari-focal lens features a locking mechanism to prevent focus ring shift and uses a DC iris connection for auto iris camera control. - Infrared
- Uses multi-coated IR corrected glass elements to produce brighter images in all lighting conditions and is compatible with both day/night and B/W cameras.
- DC Auto Iris
- Iris is DC controllable when used with a DC auto iris equipped camera.
- Vari-Focal
- Features advanced aspherical lens elements for versatility in viewing near and far objects and for boosting corner resolution when used with digital cameras. This lens is also effective in minimizing ghosting and flare encountered in back-lit situations.
- Lock Mechanism
- Equipped with a locking mechanism to prevent focus ring shift in a vibrating environment.
- Slip Mount
- Allows for post installation lens rotation for accurate iris reading adjustments based on the position of the camera.
