Product description Give your iPad military-grade protection with the SafePort Rugged Case for 9.7" iPad 2017/2018, iPad Pro & iPad Air 2 from Targus. This case has been engineered for situations that require tough protection for your iPad, such as while traveling or using your iPad outdoors. The SafePort has passed the MIL-STD-810G testing standard, which means your iPad is protected from drops of up to 4' in height. The SafePort is also IP54 rated for limited resistance against dust and water. For even more protection, silicone plugs can cover the audio and power ports when needed. - Lightweight Dual-Layer Design
- Your iPad rests inside the soft-touch silicone tray of the clear TPU shell, and is then sealed into place with a bezel-free, polycarbonate screen protector. While tough and rugged, the SafePort only adds 0.7 pounds of additional weight.
- Integrated Stand
- The SafePort features an integrated stand that lets you operate it in landscape orientation. The hinge-free stand can be slid into place with a single hand, while the silicone edges keep your iPad firmly in place.
- Removable Neoprene Hand Strap
- An adjustable, removable neoprene hand strap is included for easier one-handed operation of your iPad.
- Clear Back Window
- A clear window on the back allows for the display of an asset tag for identification purposes.
