Product description Designed for the needs of contractors, the HS-20 Contractor Recorder from Tascam is a digital stereo recorder with integrated network functionality such as automated recording and delivery without the need for supervision. The unit functions as a file server allowing recordings to be manually downloaded over a network. Via client software, third parties can upload files to the server with the option to delete them when finished. Additionally, recording and playback can be automated, thanks to the system's internal clock being able to be synchronized to any internet time server.
The unit boasts a weighted jog/shuttle wheel and a color TFT touchscreen display. It features a variety of connectivity options, including balanced and unbalanced analog connectors along with S/PDIF and AES/EBU digital output connections. It is capable of tracking in up to 24-bit/192kHz resolution. - Two-channel solid-state recorder/player
