Product description Tasco built the 3-9x40 Sportsman Riflescope with a low magnification range for mid-range use in a variety of light conditions.Its utilitarian 30/30 duplex crosshair reticle presents an easy-to-see aiming point with thick outer posts and thin center hairs. This stripped-down reticle allows clear views without obstruction, which makes it ideal for scanning the landscape for targets. The anti-reflection fully coated 40mm objective lens draws in the light required for use in challenging light, such as at dawn or dusk and under heavy canopies. Two included scope rings provide easy mounting with the appropriate clearance for the objective lens.A 1/4 MOA impact point correction gets you on target faster and easier, with capped windage and elevation turrets providing 15 MOA of travel per rotation to adjust for distance, holdover/under, and wind for further shot accuracy. The Sportsman's one-piece 1" maintube scope is made of a lightweight and durable aluminum alloy treated with a scratch-resistant low-reflectivity matte-black anodized finish and sealed to be waterproof as well as fogproof.
