Product description The TeachLogic IRV-6655 VoiceLink III Infrared Wireless Microphone System includes two IRT-55 Sapphire Transmitter Microphones, IR-255 2-Channel VoiceLink III Receiver, ICS-55 Ceiling Sensor, BRC-55 Drop-In Charger for the microphones, and 50’ plenum rated cable. The handheld microphones enable voice transmission to the ceiling sensor that sends the signal to the two-channel receiver. The receiver allows simultaneous use of both the wireless microphones. The receiver processes the signal and produces an analog signal of your voice for input to an amplified sound system (not included).This infrared wireless microphone system can be a supplement to an existing multimedia system to expand it's utilization to provide voice reinforcement. The wireless function permits 360° connectivity throughout the classroom regardless of body position or orientation.The Sapphire unidirectional cardioid microphones feature a free air suspension system that ensures voice clarity. With a built-in breath filter, the Sapphire can function as a pass around hand microphone. The strategic alignment of the emitting diodes assures reliable connectivity throughout the room without static or drop out. It features a tap on the power button and a three-position slide switch that provides selection of low, medium, or high microphone sensitivity.The ICS-55 Ceiling Sensor comes with a mounting bracket and 50’ of plenum rated cable. The ideal location for the dome sensor would be in the center of the ceiling. This will provide a clear signal path for IR transmission from the transmitter to the dome sensor without obstruction. It collects the infrared transmission signal via 6 large detecting diodes. The sensor is connected to the mixer/amplifier via the plenum rated cable terminated with RCA connectors. The mixer/amplifier supplies the power to the sensor. - IR-255 VoiceLink III IR Receiver The TeachLogic IR-255 VoiceLink III Receiver is a two-channel infrared wireless microphone system that can be an addition to an existing sound system whether in a classroom, conference room, banquet room, or district courtroom. The VoiceLink III features a two-channel infrared wireless microphone receiver for simultaneous use of two wireless microphones. It features an AUX/comp input and front panel output for Lesson Capture and uses a line level output, balanced (phoenix 3-pin), or unbalanced (1/4″ phone) to connect to an existing sound system.

It can be worn with a lanyard or clipped directly to your neckline collar. It has high level output, reliable connectivity and great definition. With a built-in breath filter, the Sapphire can function as a pass-around hand microphone. With a tap on the power button, the microphone mutes for private conversation-tap again to restore to normal operation. The auxiliary input allows wireless playback of your iPod. A three-position slide switch provides selection of low, medium, or high microphone volume levels.

- Infrared Dome Sensor TeachLogic's Infrared Dome Sensor needs to be installed on the ceiling at least 3' from the video projector. It comes with a mounting/support bracket and 50' of plenum rated cable with RCA connector on each end. The ideal location for the dome sensor would be in the center of the ceiling. This will provide a clear signal path for the IR transmission from the transmitter to the dome sensor without obstruction. In addition, you will have 360° coverage and will minimize the transmission distance for more reliable performance. It collects the infrared transmission signal via 6 large detecting diodes. The sensor is connected to the mixer/amplifier via a plenum rated cable terminated with RCA connectors. The mixer/amplifier supplies the power to the sensor.
