Product description Neogen from Tekit is a hybrid, phase-distortion/subtractive polyphonic virtual synthesizer with sound morphing capabilities. The sound engine provides fifty-six waveforms and four modulation sources with the ability to select the sound quality of the waveforms, useful for introducing lo-fi sounds. A sub oscillator allows for creating a deeper bass, and an eight-voice arpeggiator with thirty-two steps provides for creating complex patterns and rhythms. A single fader is provided for the morphing function, perfect for live performance with full control over the level of the morphing process. Eleven filters, along with various effects, aid in further shaping a sound. Integrated MIDI learn and automation of all parameters is possible, and over three hundred patches can be used as starting points for editing or playing, with user preset banks available for saving custom sounds. -
