Product description Hear subtle changes in output tones that can be easily overpowered by environmental sounds with the Teknetics Headphones. In addition to providing better sound quality using headphones can help prolong the life of your detector's battery because they use less power than the onboard speaker. Volume controls on each individual ear cup let you fine tune the output volume to your current surroundings. The pigtail cord stretches from 2.5 to 6' so that you lower your detector to dig up your latest find. The closed-back over-ear design features padded, swiveling ear cups so they are comfortable for a full day of metal detecting.
