Product description The Tektronix 3-Year Gold Care Service Plan for ECO8020 Automatic Changeover Unit provides a seamless ownership experience without incurring additional service-related costs over the plan's coverage period. This plan offers priority access to global Tektronix customer call centers to answer questions that might bring your measurement operations to a halt. With the Gold Care Plan, you get priority access to Tektronix support centers around the world. In each region, Gold Care Plan customers will be provided with unique contact information for prompt, premium support by trained technicians. With Gold Care Plan coverage, all costs of on-demand repair from accidentally caused damage is handled free of charge. You receive an email reminder for upcoming calibration dates to ensure proper updates are made and your instrument always runs in optimum condition. This plan also offers expedited repair of all product failures including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Electrical Overstress (EOS), and a 10% discount on all on-demand traceable calibrations other than those recommended by Tektronix. - Loaner Product Available during the Period of Product Repair
- If the failure of the Gold Care Plan product occurs, you are entitled to a free loaner during the period of the product repair; This reduces the downtime from up to a month to 3 days or less
- The loaner product offered to the customer will be of equal or higher performance to the product the customer currently owns
- Downtime minimized with a loaner instrument shipped within a day of notification
- Expedited Repairs
- All Gold Care Plan repairs will be expedited by Tektronix Service Teams, reducing downtime and improving time to market
- Free Factory-Certified Calibration or Functional Verification after Each Repair
- In every repair instance, your Gold Care Plan product is returned in a like-new operating state including a free calibration; this ensures that repairs are done properly and the product works as intended when it left the factory

- With the Gold Care Plan, you get priority access to our support centers around the world
