Product description The P2221 Passive 1x/10x Voltage Probe from Tektronix is a 200MHz passive voltage probes that permits the selection of 1x or 10x attenuation using a switch located on the probe head. This solution is well suited for use in relative low-frequency measurements, low-frequency computer and telecom measurements, power supplies, and low-frequency amplifiers. This model is compatible with MSO2000 and DPO2000 Series oscilloscopes. - This unit offers 1x/10x attenuation
- It supports bandwidth up to 200MHz
- It is 3.28' (1.5m) in length
- This unit is compliant with the following standards: UL3111-1, CSA1010.1, EN61010-1, EN61010-2-031, and IEC61010-2-031
