Product description Providing a variety of options for the sound and polar pattern of your M 260 or M60 mics, the TK60, 61, and 62 Mic Capsule Set for M 260 and M60 Microphones from Telefunken consists of a TK60 cardioid, a TK61 omnidirectional, and a TK62 hypercardioid capsule. - TK61 Omnidirectional Capsule for M 260 and M60 Microphones The TK61 Omnidirectional Capsule for M 260 and M60 Microphones from Telefunken is a small diaphragm omnidirectional capsule used with the ELA M 260 tube microphone and the M60 FET microphone. Featuring a 6-micron gold-sputtered membrane measuring 15mm in diameter, the TK61 provides an omnidirectional pattern flat in response from 20 Hz to 5 kHz, and an airy presence peak at 8 kHz. It is tested to a strict ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance. When used with the diffuse field spheres in the ELA M 260 Tri-Mono system, the TK61 omnidirectional capsule can be used to capture the ambience and vibe of your room.
- TK60 Cardioid Capsule for M 260 and M60 Microphones The TTK60 Cardioid Capsule for M 260 and M60 Microphones from Telefunken is a small diaphragm cardioid capsule used with the ELA M 260 tube microphone and the M60 FET microphone. Featuring a 6-micron gold-sputtered membrane measuring 15mm in diameter, the TK60 provides a cardioid pattern flat in response from 150 Hz to 7 kHz, and an airy presence peak at 8 kHz. Accordingly, it is suited for drum overheads, acoustic guitar, and other acoustic instruments.
- TK62 Hypercardioid Capsule for M 260 and M60 Microphones The TK62 Hypercardioid Capsule for M 260 and M60 Microphones from Telefunken is a small diaphragm hypercardioid capsule used with the ELA M 260 tube microphone and the M60 FET microphone. Featuring a 6-micron gold-sputtered membrane measuring 15mm in diameter, the TK62 provides a hypercardioid pattern flat in response from 150 Hz to 3 kHz, with a dip at 6 kHz and an airy presence peak at 8 kHz. It is tested to a strict ±1 dB sensitivity tolerance. This tightened polar pattern is adept for use on cymbals, percussion, and as a stereo pair for live performance recording when used with a stereo pair microphone set up.
