Product description Telestream's Studio Pro HD (Upgrade from Studio) is an upgrade to Flip4Mac Studio Pro HD from Flip4Mac Player Pro. Upon activation, you'll be asked for the serial number of your existing Player Pro software.
Flip4Mac Studio Pro HD enables you to watch Windows Media files on your Mac and also lets you import, edit, and convert Windows Media files. Flip4Mac is backed by official support from Microsoft.
Studio Pro HD is the most complete version of Flip4Mac. It allows you to import Windows Media WMV video and WMA audio files for playback on Apple's default QuickTime player and other QuickTime-based applications; it features Retina display support; and it lets you export WMV files using fixed preset encoding profiles (SD, 1-pass encoding) and custom encoding profiles (HD, 2-pass VBR encoding, pro audio).
Studio Pro HD also provides you with a multiformat media player called Flip Player; it lets you watch Windows Media streams in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome web browsers; it allows Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, and Apple Mail to access Windows Media; it allows previewing Windows Media files in the Finder or with Quick Look, and to browse them with Cover Flow and column view mode; it allows importing Windows Media into iMovie '11 and exporting Windows Media from Final Cut Pro X; and it enables Windows Media creation with Apple Compressor -- you can create custom presets and Droplets to batch encode large amounts of files and projects. - QuickTime Integration

- Flip4Mac integrates Windows Media with the OS X file system to let you preview Windows Media files in the Finder or with Quick Look, and to browse them with Cover Flow and column view mode.
- Mail Preview
- Flip4Mac allows you to watch Windows Media files directly within Apple Mail emails or in Apple Mail's built-in Quick Look preview.
- iMovie Import
- Flip4Mac allows importing WMV files into Apple iMovie '11. Just select your WMV files when importing into iMovie, or use Flip Player to convert WMV files to iMovie files using the optimized Apple Intermediate Codec (AIC).
- Compressor Export / FCPX Support
- Flip4Mac enables Windows Media creation with Apple Compressor. You can create custom presets and Droplets to batch encode large amounts of files and projects. You can also use Flip4Mac and Compressor together to export Windows Media from Final Cut Pro X.
