Product description The Telex Soundmate SMP-2 is a portable, battery operated, VHF wireless personal monitoring system, packed into a professional carrying case with a foam-padded interior. The system is notable for the ease of operation and light weight of the principal components, clarity of sound, and a 300' operating range. The Soundmate SMP-2 system consists of the PST-170 transmitter, which operates on one of 17 selectable frequencies, six single-channel, fixed frequency SR-50 portable receivers, with companion HED-2 collapsible headphones, and the HM-2 headworn microphone, which features a discreet, lightweight, behind-the-head headband. The case and 14 "AA" batteries are also part of the package. Through the remote efforts of a Tech was able to get back online, however, "settings" are only listed 1 - 5 with no action listed as was 'visibly' available, (i.e. Scan both sides, Black and White, Color, etc.)
