Product description The Cubelet 655 Encoder and 455 Decoder Set from Teradek outputs HD video via HDMI for use with professional switchers and monitors. The Cubelet 655 uses a high-quality H.264 compression codec to encode an HDMI or SDI stream for real-time transmission at up to 15 Mbps. Network connection functions include dual-band antennas for Wi-Fi connectivity, an Ethernet port for a wired connection, and a USB port for use with a cellular modem (not included).The Cubelet 455 Decoder outputs HD video and audio up to 1080p30 in H.264 via a full-size HDMI port, and has a built-in scaler to bump up lower resolution streams. Streams are received from the encoder via dual-band Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or via an optional 3G/4G USB modem (not included). The Cubelet 455 Decoder features multiple powering options including a micro-USB–chargeable internal battery, an external battery (not included), and an AC adapter.
