Product description Securely mount your iPad Air to round or flat surfaces with the MagConnect Carbon Fiber C-Clamp Mount with aXtion Pro Case from The Joy Factory. The stand can raise your iPad up 6" and swivels 360°. The stand consists of a silicone iPad case which connects to a lightweight carbon fiber arm which then connects to the base. The base uses a C-clamp, which can be tightened by hand, to attach to flat surfaces like desks and tables or to rounded poles such as those found on tripods and microphone stands.
To easily position the iPad, this stand relies upon a MagConnect connector and a spherical joint on both the case and base. The connectors use powerful magnets to interlock the hard-shell case with the stand's arm. The spherical joints swivel 360° and move in two planes at once so you can easily adjust the position and viewing angle of your device from portrait to landscape or anywhere in between. With the iPad removed, the arms of the mount fold together for easy stowage.
When not mounted, your iPad can safely be carried without removing it from the case. The included aXtion Pro case carries an IP68 rating, meaning that it is completely dust-tight and can spend up to an hour submerged at depths of up to 7'. It also conforms to MIL-STD-810 drop protection standards, withstanding drops from up to 4 feet.
