Product description The MagConnect Carbon Fiber Seat Bolt from The Joy Factory allows you to securely mount your iPad Air 2 in your car or truck. The stand can raise your iPad up 22" and swivels 360°. The stand consists of a hard-shell iPad case which connects to a pair of lightweight carbon fiber arms which then connect to the base. The base connects to the base of the car seat with the supplied brackets, and installs easily.
To easily position the iPad, this stand relies upon a MagConnect connector and a spherical joint on the case and base as well as a 360° joint between the two arms. The connectors use powerful magnets to interlock the hard-shell case with the stand’s arm. The spherical joints swivel 360° and move in two planes at once so you can easily adjust the position and viewing angle of your device from portrait to landscape or anywhere in between. With the iPad removed, the arms of the mount fold together for easy stowage.
When not mounted, your iPad can safely be carried without removing it from the shell. The MagConnect hard-shell case is textured for added grip and comes with a low-profile cap to cover the magnetic connector. It is also compatible with the optional Apple Smart Cover or with The Joy Factory's Folio360 III case.
