Product description The Core V71 Full-Tower Chassis from Thermaltake provides flexible installation options as well as a tempered-glass side panel that offers a clear view of your high-end internal components. Thermaltake has armed the Core V71 chassis with removable drive cages, which can hold up to eight 2.5" or 3.5" storage drives and two 5.25" optical drives. The case sports eight expansion slots for PCIe cards and can support graphics cards up to 18.8" in length by removing some of the drive cages. Furthermore, two graphics cards can be mounted parallel to the motherboard by using an included VGA bracket and an optional PCIe riser cable.
For convenient access to external peripherals, the Core V71 is equipped with two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports as well as two audio jacks. To cool high-performance components, Thermaltake includes three 200mm LED fans as well as one 140m fan mounted at the back. Additional user-supplied fans can be mounted to the top and bottom of the case. Additionally, the case supports liquid cooling solutions with radiators up to 420mm in size. - 4mm Thick Tempered Glass Window
- The Core V71 TG features a 4mm thick tempered glass side to provide a clear view of the internal computer components. Moreover, the enlarged glass window permits users to show off their dedication and skill set.
- Fully Modular Design
- The fully modular drive cages minimize the hassles of installation and removal of storage drives. The Core V71 TG utilizes a tool-less drive bay design that allows users to freely interchange 3.5" and 2.5" hard drives. The modular drive bay concept of "2+8" provides a suitable ratio for accessories and storage devices.
- Riser GPU Support Bracket
- The Core V71 TG supports a vertical graphic card layout with a dual PCIe slot design. A PCIe riser cable is required and sold separately. The included riser GPU support bracket helps prevent a graphic card from sagging and reduces the weight on the motherboard.
- Compatibility
- The Core V71 TG supports motherboards up to E-ATX, tower CPU coolers with maximum height of 185mm, and graphics cards up to 480mm in length. The Core V71 TG provides interior space for cable management even after installing a high-wattage PSU. Users can also easily mount up to eight 3.5"/2.5" (with HDD cage) and two 5.25" devices into the build.
- Cooling
- Featuring a width of 230mm, the Core V71 TG comes with three 200mm LED fans (two at the front and one at the top) as well as one 140mm rear fan for cooling high-performance components. To support high-end system builds, the top of the case can hold a second 200mm fan, or you can remove the included 200mm top fan to accommodate a user-supplied 420mm liquid cooling solution.
