Product description Broadcast HD-SDI video over North American ATSC RF tuners and IPTV with the H-4SDI-ATSC-IPLL 4-Channel HD-SDI to ATSC Encoder, Modulator, and IPTV Streamer from Thor. The H-4SDI-ATSC-IPLL can encode, modulate, send via IPTV server individually, or perform all three tasks at the same time. Input up to four 3G-SDI signals via four BNC ports or one 120 Mb/s ASI input, and output via one RF or two muxed 19 Mb/s ASI outputs.
The encoder supports all standard HDTV resolutions, and it's well suited for live events thanks to its low-latency encoding as low as 70 ms. The modulator allows signals to be distributed to ATSC tuners and provides 8VSB (8-level vestigial side band) for the combination of additional, locally integrated carrier content.
The IPTV stream out the RJ45 port supports unicast or multicast IGMP UDP, RTP, and RTSP output, MPEG-2 and H.264 video compression at up to 1080p60 resolution, and 48 kHz MPEG-1/2/4 AAC audio up to 320 kb/s. The H-4SDI-ATSC-IPLL is managed via an HTTP network management system (NMS) via an RJ45 port. Use the GUI to configure input and output encoding, format, bitrate, compression, frequency modulation, sub-channel information, and more.

- Low latency between 70 to 110 ms, suitable for live events
- Encodes with MPEG-2 or H.264 video codecs at 0.5 to 19 Mb/s
- LCD display, HTTP GUI network management system (NMS) on port 80
- Includes power cord and four HD-SDI BNC cables
