Product description The Tilta Dovetail Shoulder Mount System for Select Tilta Rigs is a flexible shoulder mount rig with a dovetail plate that matches the baseplates that are included with available available Tilta PMW-F5/F55, BMCC, F3, and FS700 camera rigs. This allows you to slide those rigs directly onto the shoulder mount rig, for handheld shooting support. The dovetail plate is over twelve inches long, providing you a large adjustment range, combined with the six inches of adjustment to the shoulder pad position, allows this rig to work with a wide variety of camera rigs. You can remove the shoulder pad, flip it around, and re-attach the shoulder pad so the rig can ride comfortably on the shoulder of your choice.
The dovetail plate attaches to the cross bar, and there is a choice of positions, so you can configure the rig for your comfort. The cross bar features two ARRI compatible rosettes, creating the dovetail rig. The handgrips feature arm extensions so you can get the position and extension of the handgrips the way that works best for you. Spring-loaded locking levers allow you to loosen/tighten the rig even when you do not have enough room to rotate the lever fully. The handgrip's extension arms feature 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threaded accessory mounting points. - This rig interfaces with available select Tilta rigs, providing you a handheld support that shares the same dovetail mounting plate.
- Three ARRI compatible rosettes provide you three points of articulation per arm, and the spring loaded locking levers allow you to find the leverage you need to tighten down the adjustment.
- Each extension arm incorporates twelve 1/4"-20, and 5 3/8"-16 threaded mounting holes for mounting accessories. Seven 1/4"-20 holes are tapped side by side with the five 3/8"-16 holes, and five additional 1/4"-20 tapped holes are tapped on the edge of the extension arm.
- The shoulder pad can be removed and then re-attached for either left or right handed operation.
