Product description The D-2008SP Digital Mixing Processor Unit from Toa Electronics features up to 32 audio inputs and outputs in total, and can be mounted in an ElA standard equipment rack (3U size). A built-in powerful signal processing function permits the unit to be used as both a mixer and a signal processor. Its audio input/output and control parts can accept optional plug-in modules, allowing the unit to have a maximum of 32 inputs or 32 outputs and up to 2 control modules (available separately). The optional plug-in modules enable the unit to perform their functions; for example, two D-983 remote control modules can be used to provide a maximum of 48 contact inputs and 32 contact outputs. Similarly, the D-984VC module can be added for VCA control and the D-2000CB CobraNet interface module can be used for audio data transfer between multiple processor units. Each function can be set by the dedicated setting software on a PC. These settings can be stored in the unit's internal memory as presets, which can be recalled by the unit without using a PC.
