Product description The Toa Electronics HX-5B Variable Dispersion Array Speaker with Stand Kit from includes a black HX-5B variable-dispersion array speaker system, an Auray SS-4420 steel speaker stand, and an HY-ST1 adapter for mounting the speaker to the stand. The speaker features a modular design with four adjustable dispersion angles, which allows for variable directivity control and low-frequency dispersion control, and provides optimum coverage in spaces with problematic acoustics including auditoriums, houses of worship, banquet halls, community centers, boardrooms, gyms, and other medium-sized environments.
The HX-5B is configured with four, vertically stacked, trapezoidal bass-reflex enclosures, for a total of four woofers and 12 tweeters positioned along the baffle surface. It is capable of handling 600W of continuous power. The SS-4420 stand can support speakers weighing up to 100 lb and features a telescoping center column with five height adjustments ranging from 46 to 76". The tripod legs quickly fold for easy transport. - Toa Electronics HX-5B Variable Dispersion Line Array Speaker (Black) The TOA HX-5B Variable Dispersion Line Array Speaker gives you a new approach to speaker design. TOA approached the challenge of pattern control with four adjustable dispersion angles. Within seconds you can adjust between 60, 45, 30 and 15° and all with pattern control below 1 kHz. With 600W of continuous power you have high power handling in a durable, lightweight package. This particular model is black to best match your working environment and blend into the background. You can even increase its functionality by mounting your speakers vertically or horizontally with the built-in bracket, or purchase the optional wall or ceiling mount for even more versatility.
