Product description EZdrummer 2 Country Edition from Toontrack is a bundle that includes an intuitive drum production tool along with two additional EZX sound libraries, specifically designed for country-music drum production. The Traditional Country EZX features a collection of drums recorded at the Quonset Hut Studio in Nashville, TN, while the Nashville EZX was recorded at The Soundkitchen Studios. With its 'Modern' and 'Vintage' sound libraries, nine complete kits, a large collection of mix-ready presets, and a library of suitable MIDI drum grooves performed by world-class drummers, the bundle delivers a great combination of vintage, acoustic, and modern drum sounds well suited for any country music productions. - EZdrummer 2 Virtual Drum Module Plug-In (Download) This downloadable version of Toontrack EZdrummer 2 is a virtual drum module plug-in that is designed to allow you to produce realistic sounding drums quickly and easily. The software features two sound libraries with a total of 5 professionally recorded drum kits.
The drum sounds were recorded by renowned engineer Chuck Ainlay in the main recording room at the British Grove Studios. This acoustic space was chosen for its large size with high ceilings and dense walls; carefully designed to produce a natural, balanced reverb.
EZdrummer 2 comes loaded with a modern drum setup, a vintage drum setup and a percussion library featuring traditional instruments. The modern library includes drum selections from DW, Gretsch, Yamaha, Ludwig, Sonor, Tama and Brady, all recorded through Neve 88R and EMI TG12345 consoles as well as through various chains of vintage and modern outboard processors. The vintage library is comprised of two classic Ludwig kits and was recorded through a rare REDD.51 console. - Modern Kits:

- Nashville EZX - Expansion Pack for EZDrummer Nashville EZX from Toontrack is an expansion pack for the EZ-Drummer virtual drum module. Taking the traditional playing style and sounds of Country Music as a starting point, the library branches out into other territories, and delivers over 10,000 samples that will appeal to musicians, writers and producers in every musical genre. The kits used in the session included various kick drums, snares, toms, hats, along with regular, ride and china cymbals. Harry Stinson, a Grammy nominated drummer provided the performances that include playing the percussion instruments with sticks, brushes and fingers. The playing was captured by Chuck Ainlay, a world renowned producer/engineer. UPC: 825810001111
- Traditional Country EZX - Expansion Pack for EZdrummer 2 (Download) Traditional Country EZX from Toontrack is an expansion pack for EZdrummer 2.1 or Superior Drummer 2.4.2 (or later), and features a collection of drums recorded at the Quonset Hut Studio, the first-ever recording studio in the world-famous Music Row in Nashville, TN. Today, it serves as a recording classroom for the Belmont University, but its legacy lives on through the iconic sounds of artists such as Brenda Lee, Patsy Cline, and Johnny Cash.
With the guidance from the original players, staff, drawings, and notes from the era, producer Glenn Rosenstein and engineer Jeff Balding were able to replicate the sound of an authentic 1950s session. The drums include two late 50's and early 60's sets by Rogers and Ludwig as well as an Apollo MIJ kit, all captured with period-correct gear and infused with the sound of the studio that played one of the most influential roles in shaping the Nashville country music sound. - Rogers Kit
