Product description Designed for users of EZdrummer 2 and Superior Drummer 3, this Toontrack Urban Jazz MIDI Pack provides you with many different drum grooves, beats, and fills in the Urban Jazz genre. This style of music individuates itself from fusion and jazz by relying more on pocket-oriented backbeats. It's generally less showy than fusion, providing more of a funk feel.
This collection gives you about 600 individually played files. Feels range from swinging to straight, and the tempo ranges from 75 to 120 BPM. Each groove has been played by a real live human being—a session drummer, in fact. You'll get intros, verses, pre-choruses, choruses, bridges, and of course, fills. These beats are inspired by drummers such as Lil' John Roberts, Chris Miskel, Omar Hakim, and Oscar Seaton.
