Product description Supporting Auranet Controller Software, the EAP115 Wireless-N300 Ceiling Mount Access Point from TP-Link is designed to be incorporated with other Auranet EAPs to create a large scale wireless network. This included software simplifies configuration and management of a large number of access points by utilizing a networking tool called "cluster mode" which is capable of managing up to 24 Auranet EAPs at a time. The included ceiling and wall mount kits make it easy to install the EAP115 virtually anywhere and with support for the 802.3af networking standard no power supply is needed to power the AP. Once installed, network administrators can utilize built-in custom guest authentication settings to set specific web use restrictions complete with an authentication page and much more. - Multi-Function Auranet Controller Software
- Concurrently manage and monitor hundreds of Auranet EAPs in a single location. Unlike most standard hardware controllers, the TP-LINK EAP Controller Software doesn't require any special training or added costs.
- Easy-to-Use Cluster Mode
- The user-friendly Cluster Mode allows you to manage up to 24 Auranet EAPs in your business network without requiring any extra hardware or software. Organize your network administration system by controlling multiple access points at a time with the same simplicity of a single home network router.
- Custom Guest Authentication
- The captive portal provides customizable guest authentication settings for maximized user control. Administrators can easily set and adjust guest Wi-Fi settings by designing a unique authentication page, establishing a voucher system to limit the duration of use for each client, or creating "Operator" accounts, for permission to manage the guest network without having access to other EAP administrative features.
- Timesaving and Flexible Deployment
- The Auranet EAP115 is designed for easy installation on any wall or ceiling. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) function allows your network cables to carry electrical power so you minimize on cable clutter. It's one more hardwiring hassle you don't have to worry about when operating your centralized management system.
- Unified Wi-Fi for Multi-User Environments
- The Auranet business Wi-Fi solution is engineered to handle heavy multi-user usage in large areas without encountering the same stability issues found with standard routers and access points purposed for home use.
