Product description Get Wi-Fi where you need it most with the RE350 AC1200 Wi-Fi Range Extender from TP-Link. This range extender supports 802.11b/g/n/ac networks with dual-band connectivity so you'll be able to connect to both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band. With a combined bandwidth of 1200 Mbps, 300 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mbps on the 5 GHz band, you can optimize your connections for a better experience. Use the 2.4 GHz band for basic tasks such as browsing the web and sending emails, and the 5 GHz band for gaming and streaming 4K content. Two high-gain antennas ensure a strong and reliable connection throughout your house while a Gigabit Ethernet port lets you to connect a wired device such as a gaming console or Smart TV to your network.
The simple LED indicator will glow red or blue letting you know when it has a strong signal so you can find the best location to place it. Furthermore, the RE350 also doubles as an access point if you plug an Ethernet cable into it, turning your wired Internet connection into a dual-band wireless one. It also features drop-free and seamless connection technology so even if one of the main router's dual wireless bands fail, or in case the main router can only deliver single band Wi-Fi, it can still provide stable dual-band connections. After it's plugged in, you can use the free Tether app to set up the range extender and access advanced network management options from any Android or iOS device. - Eliminates Wi-Fi dead-zones and supports a combined speed of 1.2 Gbps
