Product description Monitor and track your vehicle at all times with the DASH II Real Time GPS Vehicle Tracker from trackmateGPS. When using the tracker you will receive customized reports and real-time information about your vehicle or vehicles, including GPS location, average speed, total mileage traveled, and idling duration. The DASH II also enables you to set customized alerts that will notify you when your vehicle exceeds a predetermined speed, leaves a designated area, or loses power. Shock sensors will detect if your vehicle has been moved or towed, and a relay switch will allow you to remotely cut off power to your car so that it cannot be turned on.
This compact GPS tracker can be installed in several convenient locations inside your car, including under the dashboard, inside the grille, beneath the radio, or inside the bumper. The tracker operates on the AT&T and T-Mobile networks and is designed to detect the strongest signal for fast, reliable data transmissions. The DASH II will indicate the number of satellites it is connected to, enabling you to determine the accuracy of the tracker's data. It comes ready to be used inside the United States but can also work outside the U.S. when used with the correct, separately available, SIM card.
To activate the device, you will need to create an account and register your DASH II on the trackmateGPS website. The DASH II is powered by your car's battery but also comes equipped with an internal back-up battery that provides up to 6 hours of tracking. With the exception of the necessary tools, everything you need to set up your DASH II comes with the device, including the GSM and GPS antenna, wiring harness, and U.S.-compatible SIM card. - Choice of Three Monthly Plans
