Product description Designed for surgically precise mic placement, the Triad-Orbit Tall Tripod Stand System with T3/ O1/ M2 includes a three-section T3 Tall Tripod, an O1 Single-Arm boom, and a Micro 2 M2 short stem orbital mic adapter. Ideal for specialized stage and studio placement of small-diaphragm microphones, this stand delivers a wide range of motions combined with smooth, quiet, and stable operation. - T3 Tall Tripod The T3 Tall Tripod from Triad-Orbit features a three-section shaft and is designed to accommodate applications that call for 32.5 - 78.5" mic placements for stage and studio applications.
Each leg of the stand's base has four ratcheted positions that provide up to 65° range of movement. This allows the T3 to stand on uneven surfaces and allows for stacking, which makes storage easier.
The T3 is also equipped with an IO quick-change coupling system to mate with IO-equipped hardware. This is great for quickly changing microphones and booms without having to unscrew anything.
The T3 also features an air suspension system for a soft release when shortening the stands length. This system is designed to protect expensive studio microphones against accidental impact damage. -

UPC: 813985003030 - O1 Single-Arm Boom The O1 Single-Arm Boom from Triad-Orbit features a stainless steel ball swivel mechanism, offering a 360 x 220° range of motion. This allows for precise mic placement in a wide variety of recording applications.
The O1 Single-Arm Boom is also equipped with the IO quick-change coupler hex to mate with IO-equipped Triad stands. This is great for quickly changing or moving microphones without having to unscrew anything.
The boom also utilizes an industrial-grade clutch in lieu of knob and thumbscrew to secure the point of adjustment. The knurled metal clutch barrel is coated to provide a comfortable ergonomic grip that yields more torque. With no protruding parts, the boom is designed to transport and store with ease. -
