Product description The 4x32 ACOG LED-Illuminated Riflescope from Trijicon features a battery-powered LED illuminated ballistic drop compensation (BDC) reticle and a durable waterproof housing to create a versatile weapon sight that is well-suited for use in a wide range of weather and lighting conditions. This Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight (ACOG) sight is outfitted with an illuminated red horseshoe airming point with a center dot BDC reticle that has bullet drop compensation stadia on the lower post that are specifically calibrated for .223 caliber ballistics and enable the user to adjust their aim without making mechanical changes to the sight past 600yd (550m). Anti-reflection broadband fully multicoated optics maximize light transmission to provide bright and clear views with limited distortion.The reticle is illuminated by a red LED, powered by a readily-available AA battery with a runtime of over 12,000 hours on a medium brightness setting. Six intensity levels enable the user to tailor the brightness to the lighting conditions. Intermediate "off" positions between each intensity allows the scope to be quickly turned off and to return to the preferred intensity without having to cycle to it. The reticle's aiming point can be adjusted in 1/2 MOA increments, and an internal adjustment mechanism allows the ACOG to reliably hold zero. The ACOG is outfitted with a TA51 mount that has two thumbscrews for attachment to a Picatinny rail. Complementing the ACOG's optical system and caliber-specific ballistic reticle is a nitrogen-filled, aluminum housing with a scratch and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized matte-black finish that provides the durability needed for reliable performance in a wide range of shooting conditions. - Optical Performance
