Product description The white TCS-122 12" Two-Way Full-Range Loudspeaker with Dendritic Waveguide from Turbosound is a switchable bi-amp/passive two-way full-range loudspeaker designed for use in a wide range of fixed installations. The loudspeaker consists of a 12" reflex-loaded low-frequency driver and a 1.4" neodymium high-frequency compression driver. The rotatable dendritic waveguide provides a 90° H x 40° V HF dispersion pattern in an optimally tuned enclosure. These components are matched with an internal passive crossover, which can be by-passed for fully bi-amped operation.
The cabinet is constructed from 15 mm (5/8") birch plywood, with a powder-coated perforated steel mesh grille backed with reticulated foam. The double trapezoidal cabinet shape allows the TCS-122 to be tightly packed with other TCS series enclosures. Multiple rigging points, supported by internal steel flying strips, are provided on the top, bottom, sides and rear of the cabinet to enable it to be suspended and angled in permanent installations using M10 shoulder eyebolts. The TCS-122 is also fitted with internal rigging points for use with Turbosound and OmniMount wall and ceiling brackets.
A Neutrik Speakon NL4 speaker connector is located on the rear panel wired in parallel with a 4-way barrier strip providing input and link through connections to additional TCS series cabinets. - Arrayable two-way full-range loudspeaker for installation applications
- Multiple array configurations for extended coverage
- Rotatable Dendritic waveguide with 90° H x 40° V dispersion
- Switchable passive/bi-amp operation for flexibility of use
- Double trapezoidal cabinet shape enables visually unobtrusive loudspeaker arrays
- Multiple internal rigging points allow bracket mount and suspension in any orientation
- Designed and engineered in England
