Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More The Time-Lapse Camera Mount from Turnspro is a motorized, programmable tripod head designed to make easy work out of capturing time-lapse sequences and panoramic photographs.
Like most motorized panoramic heads, the Turnspro mount is semi-automated and can capture sequential photographs within a 360° panning range with different time-controlled intervals. Amongst the many settings available to the user are the ability to set the head for clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation, pre-set rotation arcs ranging from 15° to 360°, and customized speed settings which can complete a movement in anywhere from 20 seconds to 10 hours.
Controlling and programming the head has been made simple with the use of a basic 3-button interface that can be used to adjust all the head's automated settings. Keeping within the maximum load capacity of 2.2 lb the head can support most mid-weight cameras and remain fully functional whether placed flat on a surface or on its side, although with a diminished load capacity. The head is conveniently powered by four AA batteries which, when fresh, can supply the head with all the power required to operate continuously for up to 10 full hours.
