Product description The 1T-C2-750 Dual-PIP DVI-I Scaler from TV One features (2) scalers that can be used to convert digital DVI-D or DVI-A signals to another format. Resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and 1080p are supported, as well as DVI-A and HD15 (via optional adapter) at resolutions up to 2048 x 2048. Moreover, a wide variety of computer signals are supported to ensure compatibility with PC, Mac, and Workstation formats. This unit can also be used as a seamless switcher device, enabling the user to toggle between (2) DVI signals with instantaneous cuts. Custom logos and backgrounds can be included in the output signals by using the device's (2) still image stores. All settings are stored in non-volatile memory and retained even after power is switched off. Up to (10) user-defined presets allow you to save the settings that you use most frequently. The scaler can be controlled via its front-panel pushbuttons, a separately available IR remote control, or RS-232 connectivity. Other features include variable zoom to 10x or shrink to 10%, genlock, chromakey, lumakey, mixing, and dual picture-in-picture functionality.
This scaler features the CORIO2 video-processing engine, a proprietary technology from TV One. While most manufacturers use third-party chipsets to provide video conversion, TV One has developed its own solution to extend the functionality and life of its products. Products based on third-party chipsets have frozen feature sets, but CORIO2 is entirely firmware-based and can be upgraded at any time by downloading the latest firmware version from the web site and flash upgrading the unit in the field. - Scaling
