Product description The TV One MX-6388 8 x 8 HDMI Matrix Routing Switcher is designed to allow distribution of 8 HDMI (with HDCP) sources to 8 devices independently or all at the same time. This matrix also enables the distribution of multiple video outputs to multiple displays. The MX-6388 supports HDMI (with HDCP) video with Deep Color, EDID and 7.1 channel audio. All video paths are buffered to prevent cross talk and 480i through 1080p HDTV signals. VGA (640 x 480) through WUXGA (1900 x 1200) signals are also accepted as valid inputs and outputs. The Switcher also supports 3D signals. All inputs are processed at full bandwidth, using single link, 225 MHz (6.75 Gb/s) circuitry so as to deliver no compromise outputs on all paths. Switcher memory is employed to ensure last selection recall, should power be temporarily lost. RS-232, Ethernet, and Infrared control supplement the front panel input/output selection. This Switcher is 1RU rack mountable and comes with a rack mount kit. It also provides output independent, per-input EDID cloning support. Regardless of whether you use the IR remote, RS-232, Ethernet, or the front panel push button operation, control of the MX-6388 Switcher is easy. - 8 x 8 Matrix HDMI signal switching
