Product description The MX-8488 8 x 8 HDBaseT Matrix Switcher from TV One allows you to route up to eight HDMI signals to eight destinations. It features eight standard HDMI inputs and eight HDBaseT outputs on RJ-45 connectors. HDBaseT allows the HDMI signal to be carried over CAT6 or higher Ethernet cable for runs of up to 325'. At the other end of the Ethernet run you will need compatible HDBaseT receivers (Rx) or connect to devices with integrated HDBaseT support.

The MX-8488 can be controlled locally using either front panel buttons or the included IR remote. Additionally, Ethernet and RS-232 remote connectivity allow the unit to be controlled from a web browser or using a third-party wired remote or automation system. The switcher also include two IR transmitters and two IR receivers so that remotely installed A/V devices can be operated from one central location at the switcher. - Accepts video resolutions up to 1080p and computer resolutions up 1920 x 1200
