Product description - Using BookArc for MacBook at your Desk
Using three interchangeable inserts, the space gray BookArc for MacBook from Twelve South is compatible with the 11 and 13" MacBook Air, the 12" MacBook, the 13 and 15" MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt 3 (2016-present), and the 13 and 15" MacBook Pro with Retina display (2012-2015). Please note that MacBook Pro systems with the optical drive are not supported.
This stand will allow you to use your MacBook while positioned vertically, thus freeing up space on your desk. Once your MacBook is inserted vertically into the stand, you'll be able to operate it in closed-clamshell mode and connect an external display and a full-sized keyboard. Closed-clamshell mode also dedicates all of the system's video memory to the external display. The BookArc's cable-catch feature also helps to prevent any USB, display, and power cables from falling on the floor.
