Product description Extend the reach of your wireless data network with this 2-pack of AMY-9M16 900 MHz YAGI Antennas from Ubiquiti Networks. This antenna operates on the 902-928 MHz frequency range and offers a gain of 16 dBi in both polarizations. With dual linear polarization the antenna is capable of directing the wireless network signal in two directions rather than one like many similar antennas. The antenna is also designed to hold up against harsh weather conditions as it comes equipped with an outdoor UV stabilized plastic enclosure and a pole mounting kit to withstand winds of up to 120 mph. Inside the enclosure you will find a 400 MHz Atheros MIPS 24KC processor backed up by 64MB SDRAM and 8MB Flash memory to ensure smooth operation. - airMAX YAGI Antenna 2x2 MIMO
- The airMAX 900 MHz YAGI is a high-gain array antenna designed to seamlessly integrate with the Rocket M900 radio (sold separately). It features enhanced range performance 12+ mi (20+ km) and breakthrough speed (90+ Mbps real TCP/IP). The Rocket M900 combines the "brains" in one robust unit; it can be paired with the airMAX 900 MHz YAGI (AMY-9M16) or airMax 900 MHz BaseStation (AMS 900-120-13) antennas (sold separately). This versatility gives architects improved flexibility and convenience to create powerful 2x2 MIMO PtP bridging or 2x2 MIMO PtMP BaseStation solutions.
- Integrated airMAX Technology
- Unlike the standard WiFi protocol, Ubiquiti's Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) airMAX protocol allows each client to send and receive data using pre-designated time slots scheduled by an intelligent AP controller. This "time slot" method eliminates hidden node collisions and maximizes air time efficiency.
