Product description The black Performance Series 820 Headphones from Ultrasone combine high-quality workmanship with the patented S-Logic Plus technology to provide professionals and audiophiles with the accurate and comfortable listening they demand in the studio, at home and on the road. Incorporating components developed for Ultrasone's flagship Edition series, the acoustically redesigned earcups and their tonal fine-tuning promise a neutral sound with lifelike rendition of voices and instruments. The all-around sound of the Performance Series 820 originates from the S-Logic Plus Natural Surround System, which uses a decentralized driver to send music around your ear, not just into it. The sound is projected onto the surface of the outer ear rather than the inner ear directly. This technology is often compared to a shower head that spreads water gently and evenly, instead of a hose that concentrates the flow and builds pressure. As a result, the listener experiences a natural three-dimensional sound that brings about a reduction of sound pressure levels by up to 40% (3 to 4 dB). This may reduce the risk of hearing damage and contributes to fatigue-free listening. Built with comfort in mind, the Performance Series 820 features spacious inner cups specifically engineered to accommodate small and large ears, and a headband that conforms to individual head shape.
