Product description The Recon M18 640x480 Thermal Monocular Kit from FLIR includes a Leupold tripod and an iTelligent iPad adapter for the monocular. This kit also comes with an eyepiece adapter that allows the Recon monocular to be paired with an iPad 3. When attached to the iPad, the viewer the a handheld thermal imaging device designed for tactical professionals and first responders.For improved accuracy and target acquisition, this configuration of the Recon M18 has a built-in IR laser pointer. The 30mW laser provides adequate output for close to mid-range subjects. The thermal sensor features a 640x480 resolution and outputs native resolution images to NTSC compatible video gear for remote monitoring and recording. The monocular housing is weather sealed to Mil-Std 810F standards and includes a standard 1/4" tripod socket for stabilizing the image platform during extended-duration observations.
