Product description Route incoming voice, fax, and modem calls to the right equipment with the USR Call Director Phone/Fax/Modem Switch from US Robotics. Designed for use with a variety of devices including modems, out-of-band network management, POS, time and attendance, credit card terminals, and more, the call director ensures that voice, fax, and modem calls are directed to the proper destination.
This device requires no configuration and can automatically detect the type of call and the proper destination for that call. Once installed, the Call Director effectively eliminates the need for additional equipment to route calls, and it can transfer calls manually to ensure they are directed to the correct destination. Programming is simple and can be accomplished using a telephone keypad. The network is secured using access codes while remote programming and diagnostics capabilities allow admins to manage the network remotely.
