Product description The black VPB400TRB 4-Channel Passive Video Transceiver Balun from UTP Balun is used to transmit up to 4 channels of color or monochrome PAL, NTSC or SECAM video over CAT 5/5e/6 cables. This device works with both passive or active video baluns, and features long-distance transmission, high transmission quality, and good protection from electromagnetic radiation. It is widely used in video surveillance and control systems. - Transmission distance up to 1,000' (300m) when paired with passive video baluns
- Transmission distance up to 4,900' (1500m) when coupled with active video baluns
- Supports all baseband signals including NTSC, PAL, and SECAM
- Requires no power for operation
- Built-in 0 to 6 MHz filter
- Built-in TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) for surge protection
- Uses RJ45 jack or 4-screw type terminal to connect between units
