Product description Simplifying the task of inputting audio and video into a standard PC, and avoiding the need for dedicated digitizing hardware in your PC, the Vaddio AV Bridge CONFERENCE HD Audio/Video Encoder handles HDMI, YPbPr, and even SD video signals. The encoder converts the signals to a video stream compatible with PCs that do not have specialized hardware or drivers. It features an internal web browser interface, allowing you to set up and control the unit over a network, or by using RS-232 over an RJ-45 connector. Suitable for single-hall applications, the AV Bridge CONFERENCE converts NTSC/PAL signals up to 1080p 60 into MJPEG for USB streaming. It allows you to connect the video from almost any conference room setup to a PC or across a network. The unit can be used to retrofit existing conference rooms with newer infrastructure without upgrading the cameras or audio equipment. It includes rubber feet and rack mount ears, allowing you to use it on a desk top or in a rack. - AV Bridge CONFERENCE supports USB 2.0 A/V streaming (MJPEG/PCM) or IP A/V streaming (H.264/AAC).
- Stream directly to a PC or Mac with USB 2.0 using MJPEG video with resolutions up to 720p/30 (limits of USB 2.0) with PCM uncompressed audio or use IP streaming with resolutions up to 1080p/30 using H.264 video with AAC audio encoding.
- The AV Bridge CONFERENCE supports 2-way analog audio, which allows it to send the near-end room audio to the far-end and return the far-end audio to the local room's optional pro mixer with AEC.
- The AV Bridge CONFERENCE minimizes interoperability problems by using standard UVC (Universal Video Class) and UAC (Universal Audio Class) drivers, which are built-in the OS of the PC or Mac eliminating interoperability or driver issues.
- IP streams are standard based MPEG4 allowing playback of content on market leading players like Quick-Time, RealPlayer, or VLC Media Player.
