You can extend the legs and the center column to a maximum height to 68.25". Collapsing the center column only maintains a height of 56.75". At the same time, the multi-angle center column can be pulled out and leveled at 90° or any other angle you desire. This feature becomes very useful for product, food, or macro photography. With the four variable leg angles, this will also get you closer to the ground. The ALTA PH-32 three-way pan and tilt head is Arca-type compatible, includes a QS-60 V2 quick release plate, and has a load capacity of 11 lb. The 3/8"-16 threaded Alta-Link socket located on the side of the tripod's spider can accommodate numerous accessories to aid you with your tripod, and once you're done using the tripod, you can fold it down for storage to a length of 29.9".
