Product description Time-Lapse Tips and Tools Read More The Vanguard Espod CX 233AP Aluminum Tripod features a maximum load capacity of 7.7 lb, extends to 61", and folds down to 22.6". The 3-section legs are secured with flips locks, and an asymmetrical locking knob controls the raising and lowering of the center column. Rubber feet keep the tripod steady on slippery surfaces.
The pan/tilt head features two panning points. You can use the pan handle which will pan the camera at the base of the head, or you can pan the camera itself on the rotating mounting plate. The pan handle also controls the front-to-back tilt of the head, allowing for simultaneous panning and tilting. A bubble level helps ensure your camera is aligned with the horizon. A ballast hook is located under the center column, giving your tripod extra stability when weight is hung from it.
