Product description - VariZoom Solo Jib System: NAB 2014
- VariZoom Solo Jib, Solo Slider, & Dolly camera crane
The VariZoom Solo Slider Dolly combines the benefits of a track dolly with the portability and flexibility of a slider system. It can accommodate nearly any tripod from heavy-duty 100mm bowl units down to mini tripods or hi-hats. The track consists of five segments for 16 feet of total track. The 16 feet of track yield a travel distance of 13.5 feet. For use on a variety of surfaces, a set of foam underpadding pieces are included to go underneath the track. Your tripod is supported using the folding dolly. The dolly accepts tripods with rubber feet or claw feet, using the included claw-foot adapters. Adjustable tripod mount brackets let you run the unit inches off the ground or a table top with a mini tripod or hi-hat for slider-like operation. The dolly also supports larger tripods with jib arms, such as the VariZoom Solo Jib. Specially designed wheels provide smooth and silent operation. The entire system can be set up quickly and breaks down to fit into a custom carrying case for a total weight of only 26 pounds. -
