Product description Varizoom's Zero Gravity Rig - DSLR utilizes the same patent-pending design found in the HD camcorder version of this rig. That means the same shock-absorbing suspension pod, same configurability (left/right, high/low), and same perfect balance to give your DSLR video smooth panning and tilting actions with a minimum of wear and tear on arms and shoulders. Along with its advanced ergonomics, flexibility, and control, the Zero Gravity Rig includes a removable accessory mount for adding monitors, lights, microphones or other accessories. - Incorporates Varizoom's patent-pending design along with a shock-absorbing pod--attached to a curved support arm isolated from the tilt mechanism--that allows unmatched quality, control, and comfort.
- Uses a unique center-of-gravity compensating design. This innovation is a vertical position offset for the camera platform, which aligns the center of gravity on the tilt axis, eliminating a problem found on all previous supports: unstable tilting caused by a high center of gravity.
- Another innovation is the ability to keep the shock-pod attached to the main unit in a collapsed position, simplifying mount and dismount.
