Product description The Zoom and Focus Control Kit with 7" Monitor for Sony PMW-400K/350K/320K is a bundle from VariZoom that features the VZM7K 7" on-camera field monitor with HDMI in and out, the VZ-PG-F zoom rocker, and the VZ-FC350K twist-grip mechanical focus control. The system is designed specifically for use with the Fujinon XA16x8 and XS16x5.8 kit lenses found on Sony PMW-400K, PMW-350K, and PMW-320K professional camcorders. The kit is ideal for two-handled tripod setups, jib shots, or other scenarios where the camera controls cannot be reached directly, proving remote control and monitoring. The zoom and focus controllers will fit most tripod handles, rods, or other tubes up to 1.3" in diameter.
Although this kit comes configured for the Sony camcorders mentioned above, the zoom control can be adapted to many other lenses by replacing the gear block for VZ-FC350K the focus control with an alternative gear block available separately. The VZ-PG-F zoom controller uses standard 8-pin Fujinon and can be used with a wide range of Fujinon lenses out of the box. VZM7 7" Field Monitor Kit - The VZM7 features a 7" diagonal, LED backlit screen with a native resolution of 1024 x 600 and a brightness of 250 nits. The monitor can power from a 6.5 to 36V DC external power source using a 4-pin XLR connector or a Sony L-series type battery. It features an HDMI input with loop-out so the signal can be passed along to a downstream device, and accepts resolutions up to 1080p. There are four 1/4"-20 sockets: one top, one bottom, and on either side, for flexible mounting. The kit includes:

- VZSHOE swivel shoe for on-camera mounting

- DSLR Scaling to allow full-screen viewing of images from cameras such as the Canon 5DII
- Automatic aspect ratio detection
- Monochrome (black and while) mode
- Image flip for inverted mounting
- Underscan and overscan modes
- Color temperature presets (D65 and D93 standards) or user-defined through RGB settings
- Brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness adjustments
- Customizable menu options for menu duration, position, text color, and language
- Built-In speaker and headphone jack for audio monitoring
- Pixel-to-pixel magnification and peaking for focus assist
VZ-PG-F Zoom Control for 8-pin Fujinon Lenses - The PG-F features a dual-variable system for versatile, precise control of zoom speed. Set the maximum desired speed on the dial (located in a "trigger" position), then use the pressure-sensitive rocker to vary the speed from a crawl all the way up to the preset max. Alternatively, depress the rocker fully and roll the dial with your index finger to ramp the speed up
- Speed dial acts as a limiter for maximum speed or a "ramping" device
- Red record START/STOP button
- Video return button plays back the last five seconds of recorded material and cues the tape up to the last recorded frame to ensure proper timecode sync
- Rubber-foam grip with a "pistol grip" curve promotes operator comfort
- Designed for use with left or right hand
- Heavy-duty, quick-release aluminum swivel clamp for angular adjustment of handle position
- Compact, heavy-duty black aluminum housing
VZ-FC350K Focus Control for Select Fujinon Lens - Heavy-duty focus handle with articulated swivel clamp for angular position adjustment
- Knurled texture on handle provides a good grip for smooth focus pulling
- High-precision gear box fits only the Fujinon XA16x8 and XS16x5.8 lenses found on Sony PMW-400K, PMW-350K and PMW-320K
